Most of the agency owners I speak with are stuck IN their business. They're busy working 50-60-70 hours a week, and when you're in the middle of it, it can be hard to know how to free your time.

They spend between 60-80% of their time on client delivery. That’s between 3-4 days a week, working ON clients.

They then spend another 10-20% of their time on sales enquiries and proposals. This is still reactive work, IN the business.

Whatever time they have remaining is spent on business administration.

No wonder they feel exhausted and burnt out, and sometimes a little anxious about the future.
