A single target market. Something that you love, you can help them win and they’ll pay.
1 product (or service). Not 2, 3, 4 or 10 or a crazy model with lots of different steps. 1 product that you can look the prospect in the eye and say “this thing will get you the results you’re after”.
One Conversion Tool
One way that’ll consistently convert prospects into clients. Think strategy sessions, webinars, events. Pick one and get good at it.
One traffic source that you can scale. Not like a networking event where you can run out of people to talk to. Something that you can turn on, scale up and get the kind of people you need to get to a million dollars plus a year.
Why one year? Well, it’s going to take a little while for you to get really, really (really) good before you can ramp it up.
If you want to get there slow, you can break any one of these rules.
Try to execute and master 5 target markets, 3 different products, a couple of different conversion tools, and 7 different traffic sources.
