CommSec is Australia's leading online trading platform and were looking for a secure marketing platform to execute an onboarding program, with the objective to reduce the time to trade for new customers, increase revenue and customer loyalty.
Solution
We built a secure marketing data warehouse with daily updates, integrated with email marketing platform ExactTarget incorporating tokenised sending to mask personal data, and a Tableau reporting dashboard.
We designed and executed personalised customer journeys based on customer segments and interactions, including Contact Centre follow-up, and incorporated a sophisticated multivariate testing and optimisation program.
